88fd2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if the Operator reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading or incomplete information.
• The Account is being operated by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• The Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity associated with the Account.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Account to be suspended or closed.
• The Player has submitted a valid self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Prohibited Activity will be voided. Real-money balances attributable to legitimate deposits will be returned subject to identity verification and applicable legal hold periods.
